Yesssss!! Our customers have awarded us 2 new badges via G2’s Spring 2024 report 🎉

G2 is the biggest reviews platform for B2B software. Similar to Trustpilot for online shopping or Tripadvisor for finding the right restaurant.

More than 80 million software shoppers visit the G2 site yearly. And they are the most trusted source focusing on in depth verified reviews from real users.

Therefore we are proud to share that we have been awarded two important badges in the Returns Management category in their Spring 2024 report:

We’re punching above our weight 🥊

A high performer means a product with high customer satisfaction but low market presence. We are new in the market compared to the established players. But we are performing well.

We are climbing the stats in our category and are gaining momentum which helps us to soon get to many more brands and retailers.

We’re providing best support in the category ⭐️

Providing great support is high on our agenda and we know it’s important for our customers.

Therefore we are thankful our users recognize the effort we put in. And this spring we have invested more in providing great support. We brought on Jeff who has been our internal customer champion since the beginning of 2024 and we are very lucky to have him on board.
